Job Title: Creative Producer / Senior Video Editor & Animator (AI-Native)Location: MumbaiExperience: 8-10 years in video editing, animation & productionWe’re looking for a Creative Producer who specializes in video editing and motion graphics, with a strong AI-native mindset. You’ll create engaging videos for learning, promos, explainers, and campaigns—combining editing, animation, and AI workflows. Direction skills are a plus, enabling you to guide storytelling from script to screen.Responsibilities:Video Editing: Produce polished videos across learning, promotional, and campaign formats.Animation & Motion Graphics: Design and animate graphics, infographics, and explainer elements to enhance storytelling.AI-Enhanced Production: Use AI tools (Runway, Pika Labs, Descript, Synthesia, HeyGen, Kaiber, etc.) for editing, localization, animation, and rapid prototyping.Storytelling: Transform scripts and ideas into compelling video narratives with strong pacing and visuals.Creative Direction (Optional): Support shoots, script breakdowns, and storyboarding when needed.Collaboration: Work with writers, designers, and marketing/product teams to deliver cohesive content.Quality + Scale: Balance speed and efficiency with creative excellence.Innovation: Experiment with emerging AI + animation techniques to push video creativity.Skills & Qualifications8-10 years of experience in video editing + motion design.Strong portfolio of edited videos and animations (explainers, promos, learning content).Proficiency in video tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, Blender or Cinema4D a plus).Proven, hands-on expertise with AI video + animation tools (Runway, Pika Labs, Synthesia, Descript, HeyGen, Kaiber, Adobe Firefly).Strong visual storytelling and design sense.Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.Direction/production skills are an advantage.What We OfferOpportunity to build AI-first video + animation storytelling inside a fast-growing EdTech brand.A chance to experiment with next-gen video formats and motion graphics.Ownership of creative projects that directly impact learner experience.A collaborative, innovative culture that values bold ideas.
