Job Description

JOB PURPOSE performing statutory compliances under Companies Act, 2013 and other corporate laws and support in conducting Board Meetings and General Meetings for the corporate entities. ORGANISATION CHART KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators 1)Ensuring statutory compliances of corporate entities entrusted to the position Compliances on time 2) Maintaining statutory records and registers under applicable laws for corporate entities entrusted to the position Compliances on time 3) Support in conducting Board meetings, general meetings and committee meetings No observations of non-support 4) Any other assignments as entrusted Appropriate delivery KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Additional Details EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS 1) Statutory authorities like Registrar of Companies, Depositories(NSDL,CDSL), Stock Exchanges, Registrar& Transfer Agents etc. 2) Statutory Auditors3) Secretarial Auditors4) Banks, Financial Institutions etc  INTERNAL INTERACTIONS 1)Finance & Accounts teams2)Sector Secretarial Teams3) Sector Legal Teams4) Secretaries of Directors and senior management  FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS Making payment to statutory authorities by way of fees upto Rs. 50,000 per annum OTHER DIMENSIONS Handling of  management trainee and/or coordinator Support in governance initiatives of the Group EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS RELEVANT EXPERIENCE 2-3 years experience in compliance COMPETENCIES Entrepreneurship Legal and Corporate Law Activities (Practitioner) Corporate Records Management (Practitioner) Board Administration and Support (Practitioner) Technology and Systems (Practitioner) Governance and Compliance Framework (Practitioner) Capability Building Social Awareness Planning & Decision Making Execution & Results Strategic Orientation Problem Solving & Analytical Thinking Networking Personal Effectiveness Teamwork & Interpersonal influence Stakeholder Focus
