Job OverviewWe are looking for a meticulous Engineer / Sr. Engineer – Quality Control to oversee and ensure adherence to quality standards across construction projects. The role involves inspections, testing, defect management, and ensuring superior finishing prior to handover.Job Responsibilities :Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards of materials and workmanship.Monitor ongoing construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications.Perform testing of construction materials such as steel and concrete.Identify defects and implement corrective and preventive measures.Inspect finishing works including flooring, plumbing, electrical, doors & windows, and painting.Conduct quality awareness training sessions for contractors and workers.Recommend improvements in quality control processes.Carry out pre-delivery inspections of apartments before customer handover.Prepare and submit quality control reports and documentation.Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.Job Requirements:BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering.3-8 yrs. experience in handling quality control role in real estate/constructionStrong knowledge of construction quality standardsExperience in real estate residential projects preferredGood analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and coordination abilitiesAttention to detailLocation: Panaji / Margao
