Job Scope:  The role is responsible for establishing, implementing, and continuously improving Quality & Regulatory Assurance (QRA) initiatives in alignment with global and regional standards. It supports start‑up projects by ensuring adherence to Pre Go‑Live Quality Checklists and delivers essential quality‑related training across sites. The position oversees Self‑Assessments, manages CAPA actions to timely closure, and coordinates during external or customer audits. It monitors Service Quality Metrics, conducts investigations, and drives corrective actions. The role ensures regulatory and trade compliance, including completion of mandatory training requirements. Additionally, it supports country leadership in maintaining QRA compliance and contributes to Trade Compliance and Customs Operations agendas for selected locations. Key Responsibilities: Support start‑up projects by ensuring adherence to Pre-Go‑Live Quality Checklists. Deliver Quality‑related training programs to site teams. Review Self-Assessments and manage CAPA actions, ensuring timely closure of pending CAPAs. Provide support and coordination during external and customer audits. Monitor Service Quality Metrics, conduct investigations, and drive corrective actions. Oversee regulatory and trade compliance requirements, including monitoring completion of mandatory online trainings. Assist Country Leadership in ensuring QRA compliance across assigned sites. Support Trade Compliance and Customs Operations initiatives for designated locations Experience: Operational experience of the Supply Chain or similar process industry (eg. Manufacturing, activity involving shopfloor labour processes) 3-5 years of management/supervisory responsibility Experience in leading non-specialists in technical and regulatory applications Qualifications: Certified Quality Auditor (ISO Standards) Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including good facilitation skills Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills Ability to read and interpret technical documents and regulations Ability to be flexible and work effectively (deliver results) with a practical outlook within a dynamic matrix organization with minimal supervision. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust priorities in response to business needs, including leading of key quality projects simultaneously Basic computer skills, including spreadsheets, databases, and word processing using applications such as Microsoft Office for tracking, analyzing and communicating related data. Skills and Competencies: Credible with Operations staff in Gemba and Coaching activity. Experience and working knowledge of Quality Assurance principles and methodology. Experience conducting/leading successful acquisition of certifications and accreditations (e.g. ISO) in organization and subsequent management of a quality system. Functional expertise in other areas such as project work, development, change management etc. is preferred. Experience of working in and with multiple operations.
