Located just 10 minutes from Bagdogra Airport, the property features the largest indoor event spaces in North Bengal, spanning 55,000 square feet, and a basement parking area of 70,000 square feet, the largest in the region.Role Description Aurum by RJ Resorts is looking for a proactive and creativeMarketing Executiveto manage in-house marketing efforts and coordinate closely with our marketing agency and sales team. This role combinesstrategy, content creation, client engagement, and brand management . The ideal candidate will be deeply involved in day-to-day marketing execution while also contributing ideas, campaigns, and growth strategies.Key Responsibilities Coordinate with the marketing agency and sales team to execute campaigns and generate leads. Help in end-to end execution for major brand moments ( PR events, on ground activities) Capture events, weddings, conferences, and F&B promotions through photos, videos, and real-time stories. Manage Aurum’s social media — posting, monitoring comments/DMs, tracking tags and trends. Interact with clients and vendors to build relationships and collect content/testimonials. Contribute ideas, campaigns, and strategies to strengthen Aurum’s brand positioning.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred). 1-2 years of work experience. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (written and verbal). Comfortable interacting with clients and internal teams. Good understanding of Instagram, Reels, Stories, and social media trends. Basic knowledge of Canva and simple editing tools is a plus. Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Should be based in Siliguri or willing to relocate. Willing to work during events and weekends when required.
