Creating High performing Sales & Distribution Channel Partner for the Area. Creating Strategy for boosting sales in the assigned area. Cascading Annual Budgeting month wise crop wise. Making RSP month wise and analysis of RSP Vs BP and controlling Gap. Conceptualizing marketing campaigns according to targeted customers. Ensuring 100% sale and collection month wise. Devising schemes to incentivize sales in Area. Development of Brand in area through various activities.Key markets- Kalpa, Rampur, Anni, Narkanda, Theog, Kotkhai,Rohru,Gumma. Important crops - Veg, and Apple.Critical Skills Sales strategy and planning High proficiency in sales analytics, customer relations and forecasting Strong Networking Ability Fluent in local language, Hindi and English 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales tracking tools 6.Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territoryEducation Qualification Minimum: B.Sc. in Agriculture Preferred: M.Sc.
