We are seeking a Technical Talent Acquisition Lead to oversee day-to-day recruitment operations, lead the hiring team, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders while ensuring hiring activities remain within approved budgets. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage the recruitment team’s daily activities and deliverables • Drive end-to-end technical hiring across various roles and experience levels • Partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and priorities • Track hiring progress, timelines, and closures against defined targets • Manage recruitment budgets, including cost optimization and vendor coordination • Ensure consistency in hiring processes and maintain high-quality talent standards Requirements • 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment • Prior experience leading or mentoring recruiters • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Good understanding of recruitment budgets and hiring metrics
