The ideal candidate has a strong understandingof the independent music ecosystem and a passion for discovering and nurturingemerging talent.Key Responsibilities:• Identify rising independent artists on Instagram, YouTube, Spotify• Sign and Manage Artists for Distribution• Negotiate contract with Artist• Collaborate with internal teams and partners for releases• Monitor and Analyse KPI’s• Attend showcases, and artist community events• Build relationships with managers/producers/songwriters who influence artistdecisions
