The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and identifying market opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with potential clients, pitching products and services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves tracking sales targets, preparing sales forecasts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.QualificationsExperience in Sales, Business Development, and Account ManagementStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to analyze market trends and develop sales strategiesProficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting systemsSelf-motivated, with excellent organizational and time management capabilitiesBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldPrevious experience in the outdoor play equipment or related industry is a plusWillingness to travel as needed to different locations within the assigned area
