This role requires a commercially driven sales leader with strong experience in cloud, data engineering, AI, and analytics solution and services sales, combined with the ability to build pipelines, close complex deals, and guide regional go-to-market execution.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive regional revenue targets, ensuring consistent achievement of quarterly and annual sales goalsDevelop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with organizational growth objectivesManage end-to-end enterprise sales cycles for cloud, data engineering, and AI-driven analytics solutions and services.Build, maintain, and govern a robust regional sales pipeline with accurate forecasting disciplineIdentify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and account expansionEstablish strong executive-level relationships with client stakeholders and decision-makersLead complex deal negotiations, commercial discussions, and contract closuresCollaborate closely with presales, solutioning, and delivery teams to craft compelling proposals and respond to RFPs/RFIsEnsure seamless transition from sales to delivery with clear expectation managementDrive partner-led opportunities with ecosystem players such as AWS, Databricks, Adobe, and other strategic alliancesProvide regional market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback to leadershipMentor, guide, and potentially scale regional sales talent as business expandsPreferred Skills & ExperienceProven success in Cloud / Data / AI Solution Sales (AWS, Azure, GCP, or equivalent)Strong track record of managing large, complex enterprise dealsExperience owning regional numbers and forecasting responsibilitiesDomain exposure across BFSI, CPG, Pharma, or Manufacturing preferredStrong business and financial acumen with the ability to articulate ROI-driven value propositionsDeep understanding of enterprise buying behavior, consultative selling, and RFP-driven sales cyclesExceptional communication, executive presence, and negotiation skillsHighly self-driven, energetic performer comfortable operating in growth-focused environmentsAbility to work cross-functionally and influence internal and external stakeholdersPlease share resumes on
