The Partnerships Manager will focus on developing and managing strategic partnerships that align with organizational goals. Responsibilities include identifying prospective partners, nurturing relationships, negotiating agreements, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve partnership objectives. The role also involves monitoring partnership performance, ensuring successful implementation, and creating win-win opportunities for sustained success.Roles& ResponsibilityProficiency in building and managing Strategic PartnershipsStrong skills in Account Management and fostering client relationshipsExceptional Communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with internal and external stakeholdersAnalytical Skills to evaluate partnership performance and identify growth opportunitiesProven ability to develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategiesBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldPrior experience in partnership management or a similar role is highly desirableIdentify, recruit, onboard, and manage strategic channel partners to expand market reach and drive partner-led revenue growth.Enable partners through structured onboarding, product training, sales tools, and ongoing support to ensure effective representation of the company’s SaaS solutions.Drive joint go-to-market initiatives, including campaigns, events, and co-selling activities in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.
