Job Title: Business Development Executive (US Healthcare)Company: My Care Labs & My Care InternationalLocation: Phagwara, Punjab / RemoteShift: 10-hour PST shift (Monday–Friday)Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience & performance)Job OverviewWe are looking for a Business Development Executive who can independently manage the end-to-end business development cycle for our US healthcare services. This role goes beyond basic cold calling and requires hands-on experience with lead generation, CRM management, outreach tools, negotiations, and closures.You will be responsible for driving new business for lab testing services and medical billing services by engaging with nursing facilities, care homes, medical offices, and healthcare providers in the US.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the complete business development lifecycle: lead generation, outreach, follow-ups, negotiations, and closuresConduct cold calling to nursing facilities, care homes, medical facilities, and doctor offices in the USPitch My Care Labs’ diagnostic testing services and My Care International’s medical billing servicesUse tools like Apollo, scrapers, and other lead-generation platforms to build and manage prospect listsManage and update all leads, calls, follow-ups, and deal stages in the CRM systemHandle inbound sales and customer inquiries professionallySchedule meetings, demos, and appointments with decision-makersNegotiate pricing and close deals independently or with management supportMaintain accurate sales reports and pipeline visibilityMeet and exceed monthly BD targets and KPIsProvide market feedback, competitor insights, and improvement suggestions to managementSkills & Experience RequiredProven experience in international business development or sales (US market preferred)Strong cold calling, follow-up, and closing skillsHands-on experience with CRM systems, Apollo, lead scrapers, and outreach toolsExcellent communication skills (verbal & written English)Ability to manage BD activities independently with minimal supervisionStrong negotiation and objection-handling skillsExperience in healthcare, medical services, medical billing, or lab services is a strong plusComfortable working PST night shiftsOrganized, target-driven, and resilient to rejectionsStrong leadership capabilities with proven experience in team coordination and collaborationWhy Join UsEnd-to-end ownership of the BD functionDirect exposure to the US healthcare marketPerformance-based growth opportunitiesStable Monday–Friday schedule (weekends off)Opportunity to grow into a Lead role
