Overview:We’re hiring a Social Media Coordinator / Brand Marketer for a high-visibility client in the food & agriculture space. You’ll manage their public voice across X/Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit, lead daily engagement, handle sensitive conversations with confidence, and shape the stories that strengthen trust in the industry.Key details:Company type: US based marketing agencyRole: Full-time, 6:30pm - 3:30am IST (US shift)Salary range: up to ₹6 - ₹9 LPA (depending on experience)What you’ll doContent & publishing: You will create and publish consistent platform-first content across X/Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit. That includes short-form copy, basic visuals, and occasional video edits. You’ll keep the calendar moving, manage approvals, and ensure messaging stays sharp and aligned.Community engagement: Actively jump into replies, comments, and community threads. This role requires confidence in navigating sensitive discussions: correcting misinformation, responding to criticism, and engaging with audiences in ways that build credibility rather than escalate tension.Reputation monitoring: You will track industry conversations, flag emerging issues, and draft responses when needed. Staying ahead of discourse is a key part of the job; you’re the eyes and ears for early risks and opportunities.Storytelling & messaging: Help shape narrative angles that highlight the industry's human and economic impact. This includes spotlighting people, programs, community support efforts, and other stories that build trust and relatability.Blog & SEO collaboration: Help generate blog topic ideas, coordinate with the SEO/content team, and support the distribution of blog posts through social promotion. Strong writing instincts help here.Creative support: Basic graphic creation using Canva or Adobe Express is strongly preferred. There’s access to design support, but you should be comfortable mocking up simple social visuals on your own.Who we’re looking for3+ years of experience in social media, digital communications, or brand storytelling, ideally in a role where you owned a brand voice day-to-day.Strong writing skills with a steady, human communication style suited for nuanced public conversations.Confident managing real-time engagement across X/Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit (or similar discussion-driven communities).Able to operate independently without constant direction.Creative mindset with the ability to turn complex topics into accessible storytelling.Familiarity with industries that deal with scrutiny, misinformation, or regulation is a plus.Basic design capability using Canva or Adobe Express, with an eye for clean, platform-ready visuals.Application process:Discovery call - to understand your motivationsTechnical task & discussion - to evaluate your key skills for this role.Final interview with client
