About the RoleWe are looking for a Demand Marketer to build and scale demand generation for Mavlers’ CRM and Lifecycle Marketing services. This role is deeply focused on driving pipeline from CRM and Lifecycle Marketing leaders at global brands.This is a senior IC role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys getting hands-on, and is excited to build the demand and ABM engine from scratch-not just run existing playbooks.What You’ll OwnDemand Generation & ABMBuild and execute demand generation and ABM programs for CRM & Lifecycle marketing servicesOwn account selection, segmentation, and messaging for target accountsWork closely with Sales to align on ICP, account lists, and pipeline targetsTake full ownership of pipeline impact, not just lead volumeGrowth Marketing & Channel ExplorationExperiment with new and unconventional channels beyond standard paid and emailIdentify where CRM and Lifecycle leaders actually engage (communities, platforms, formats)Design and run structured experiments to validate new channels and scale what worksBalance creativity with rigor-every experiment tied back to CPL, CPA, and pipeline qualityCampaign Execution & Budget OwnershipOwn multi-channel campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and experimental channelsManage a meaningful marketing budget with freedom to test and iterateAllocate spend based on performance, efficiency, and pipeline contributionTrack and report precise CPL and CPA metrics, with a clear path to ROIMeasurement, Insights & CommunicationOwn funnel metrics from first touch to qualified pipelineBuild clear reporting around:CPL, CPA, pipeline contributionChannel-level performance and scalabilityShare concise insights and recommendations with internal stakeholdersMust-Have Skills & Experience4-8 years of experience in Demand Generation / Growth MarketingStrong experience in B2B SaaS or B2B services environmentsHands-on experience with ABM and ICP-driven marketingComfort working as a senior IC in fast-paced setupsProven ability to experiment, learn fast, and scale winning channelsStrong analytical mindset with a bias toward measurable outcomesIdeal MindsetCurious, experimental, and growth-obsessedComfortable with ambiguity and building from scratchEqually excited by creative exploration and performance metricsMotivated by ownership, impact, and visible business outcomes
