This is a high-visibility role designed for a /"builder/" who can refine a world-class QSM ecosystem.Pioneering Standards: Elevate our existing high-complexity molecular and cellular platforms and the emerging cancer biologics to meet the most stringent global standards.Systems Architecture: Proactively overhaul and modernize QSM tools to ensure 24/7 audit-readiness in a high-velocity biotechnology environment.Value-Led Governance: Instill a culture where data integrity and patient safety are non-negotiable, acting as the moral compass of the facility.The Profile: The /"Gold-Standard/" CandidateExperience Profile: Senior leader with 15+ years of progressive experience in Quality and Regulatory functions.Academic Foundation: Post-graduate or Doctorate in Life Sciences/Pharmacy.The /"Specialist/" Edge: Preferred certifications include, such as:ASQ Certified Quality Manager (CQM/OE) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA).Six Sigma Black Belt (for process optimization in cellular diagnostics/cancer biologics).Advanced GMP/GLP Certification from internationally recognized bodies (e.g., PDA or ISPE).Experience: Minimum 15 years, with a proven track record.Email - Website -
