Our team builds state-of-the-art B2C and B2B experiences across various channels, including Social, CRM, Media, eCommerce, D2C, and Retail.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic Junior Client Solutions Manager, for our Advertising Agency located out of Mumbai, who would love to grow with us while learning together about the next big bets in the fields of Advertising. The candidate would be managing Creative Advertising clients for Brand Experience, Brand building, Social Media Management, Web development, Content and Film production. They will also be responsible for maintaining process efficiencies for internal team operations, coordinating with other departments as needed, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;Proven track record of successfully managing creative campaigns.Good understanding of Creative Brief development and Creative DetailingExcellent Client communication, Creative project management, and presentation skillsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to think creativelyFamiliarity with Digital and tech tools will be preferred1+ years of experience in Client solutions in an advertising agency is a mustAs this role requires a close connect with our clients, only people based out of Mumbai would be considered.Key Activities to undertake:·  Assist in managing client interactions and expectations. ·  Support in preparing emails, reports, and meeting follow-ups. ·  Support in preparing presentations, content publishing and competitor analysis·  Coordinate for project timelines and creative deliverables. ·  Track campaign performance and compile reports. ·   Assist in troubleshooting client concerns and optimising solutions.·   Assist in driving pitch briefings and content creationWhat You’ll Gain: •Hands-on experience in client servicing and account management. •Exposure to real-world marketing campaigns in a collaborative and learning-focused environment.
