Brand Manager – FMCG (8 – 10 Years Experience)Location: Department: AGM Brand Mgt. and Marketing  Reports To: Category Head / Country ManagerRole OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic Brand Manager with 8 plus years of FMCG experience to drive brand growth, market share expansion, and competitive pricing. The role requires strategic ownership of the brand/ vertical, consumer insight-led planning, and strong cross-functional collaboration. The candidate will balance long-term brand building with short-term commercial performance.Key Responsibilities·        Own and deliver annual brand strategy aligned with company growth goals.·        Key member of full P&L responsibility including revenue, margin, and marketing investments with category heads.·        Lead innovation pipeline from concept to commercialization including packaging and pricing strategy.·        Analyze consumer insights, retail audit data, and market trends to find growth opportunities.·        Plan and execute ATL, BTL, digital, and trade marketing campaigns ensuring measurable ROI.·        Collaborate closely with sales to improve distribution, visibility, and market penetration.·        Develop and manage brand budgets and ensure optimal allocation of marketing spends.·        Monitor competitor activity and recommend proactive strategic actions.·        Key member of quarterly business reviews and performance tracking dashboards. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)·        Market share growth (%)·        Revenue and volume growth vs target·        Gross margin improvement·        Successful new product launch rate·        Campaign ROI and media effectiveness·        Brand awareness and equity score improvement·        Distribution expansion and numeric reachRequired Qualifications·        MBA / PGDM in Marketing from a reputed institution.·        8 plus years of experience in FMCG brand management.·        Proven of at least 1 brand or product end to end track record of handling product launches and integrated campaigns.·        Strong analytical and financial acumen with P&L exposure.·        Experience working with cross-functional teams including Sales, R&D, and Supply Chain.Core Competencies·        Strategic Thinking and Brand Visioning·        Consumer Insight Orientation·        Data-Driven Decision Making·        Cross-Functional Leadership·        Commercial and Financial Acumen·        Project Management Excellence·        Strong Communication and Storytelling Skills
