Job Title: Clinical Payments Specialist (Medidata CTMS) Company: Hvantage Technologies Inc. Location: Remote ( India) Experience Required: 3+ Employment Type:Full-TimeRole Overview:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Payments Specialist with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in international accounting and clinical trial financial systems. A critical requirement for this role is advanced proficiency inMedidata CTMS , specifically regardingbudget configuration . You will ensure clinical trial payment systems accurately reflect contract terms and handle complex financial reconciliations in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities: 1. Medidata CTMS & Budget ConfigurationSystem Setup:Manage and execute thebudget configurationwithin Medidata CTMS, ensuring system setups accurately reflect contract terms and payment schedules.Ad-Hoc Management:Add and managead-hoc items , including specific site activities and subject activities, within the payment system.Payment Processing:Oversee trial payments, ensuring accurate reconciliation and exporting detailed payment reports for stakeholders.2. Invoice Verification & Accounts PayableLine-Item Audit:Perform detailed verification of site invoice line-items against theE-CRF (Electronic Case Report Form)andCTA (Clinical Trial Agreement)to ensure 100% accuracy.AP Support:Assist in creating accounts and Purchase Orders (POs) for trial vendors and clinical sites.3. Compliance & Stakeholder RelationsAudit Readiness:Collaborate with Operations and AP teams during audits, ensuring all documentation meets SOC 1 and internal policy standards.Cross-Functional Communication:Act as the primary liaison between theData Management team , clinical sites, AP teams, and study teams to resolve payment inquiries.Qualifications:Educational Background:CA, MBA, or a relevant degree in Finance/Accounting preferred.Experience: Minimum2-3 years of direct CTMS paymentsexperience, with a heavy focus onbudget configuration . 1-2 years of experience insite invoice processing . Total of 4+ years in international accounting or clinical trial finance.Technical Proficiency: Required:Extensive experience withMedidata CTMSandEDC RAVE . Preferred:Familiarity with financial tools like Mineral Tree, Coupa, SAP, or NetSuite. General:Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for complex data analysis.
