The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, operational expertise and the ability to collaborate with internal teams, clients and external vendors to ensure seamless media delivery.About the Role The role involves planning, executing, monitoring and optimizing advertising campaigns across multiple channels.Responsibilities Campaign Execution & Management Coordinate and implement media plans across ATL (TV, Print, Radio, OOH) and BTL/Digital platforms. Ensure timely release orders, media bookings and campaign activations. Oversee trafficking of creatives and materials to media partners.Operations & Coordination Liaise with media vendors, publishers and platforms to ensure accurate execution. Monitor ad placements, proof of execution (POEs) and delivery against planned schedules. Manage release orders, contracts and invoicing processes with accuracy.Performance Tracking & Reporting Track campaign delivery, impressions and performance against KPIs. Generate post-campaign reports and insights for internal teams and clients. Maintain media dashboards and ensure data accuracy for decision-making.Financial & Compliance Management Coordinate with Finance and Accounts for vendor payments and client billing. Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements and contractual obligations.Collaboration & Client Servicing Work closely with Client Servicing, Creative and Strategy teams to ensure integrated execution. Support client requirements with timely updates, performance reviews and operational efficiency.QualificationsGraduate/Postgraduate degree in Mass Communication, Advertising, Marketing or a related field. 4-5 years of experience in media operations, media planning or campaign management (agency background preferred).Required SkillsStrong knowledge of ATL (TV, Print, Radio, OOH) and Digital (Social, Programmatic, Performance, Search, Video, Display). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and media tools/software. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to multitask.
