Job Title

We are looking for a Fashion Merchandiser to join our team and work closely with our manufacturing partners to ensure smooth product development and production. This role will be based at the factory, acting as the key link between the brand and the production team to ensure that every garment meets our design, fit, and quality standards.If you enjoy working closely with factories, understanding garment construction, and ensuring products move seamlessly from sampling to final production, this role could be a great fit.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with the factory team on sampling and product developmentMonitor and follow up on production timelines to ensure timely deliveriesWork closely with the factory on garment construction, specifications, and technical detailsOversee size gradations and fit consistency across stylesEnsure design intent and quality standards are maintained during productionConduct final quality checks before goods are dispatchedAct as the primary liaison between the brand team and the factoryTrack progress from sampling to bulk production and resolve any production issuesWho We’re Looking ForPrior experience in fashion merchandising or production coordinationStrong understanding of garment construction, sampling, and production processesExperience working closely with garments factories or vendorsExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills and fluency in EnglishOrganized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environmentIf you enjoy being at the heart of the production process and bringing garments from concept to finished product, we’d love to hear from you.
