We are looking for a high-inten Business Development Associate who can guide prospective students, understand their career goals, and drive enrolments for our learning programs. This role blends counseling + sales and is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful conversations and helping students make the right decision.Salary- 7-11 LPA.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with leads via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and demos.Understand student requirements, career goals, and recommend the right program.Explain program features, curriculum, fees, and outcomes clearly.Convert high-intent leads by building trust and rapport.Guide students through the end-to-end admission process.Assist with documentation, fee payment, and onboarding.Ensure a smooth experience from inquiry to enrollment.Maintain lead information in the CRM.Follow up consistently to maximize conversions.Track metrics: call volumes, follow-ups, demo attendance, and closures.Preferred Candidate:1+ year experience in EdTech sales / academic counseling / inside sales.Strong communication & relationship-building skills.Confidence in explaining academic programs and career pathways.Proven track record of meeting sales or enrollment targets.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Basic CRM & computer skills.
