Material Inward and ready for inspection by QC, GRN preparation through SAP Material storage in physical location and update in SAP Material Issue as per MR given by user. Annual Inventory Physical verification and reconciliation Providing Identification and Storage/Issuance in yards to Raw material like plate, pipe, flat bars, round bars, rough machined forging All type Scrap disposal, Metal, Nonmetal, coolant, empty bins, wood, machining swarf by auction. Scrap storage keeping in segregation gala, housekeeping Facilitating the scrap vendors for loading of scraps. Hazardous waste disposal to GPCB approved vendors Old project stock transfer to new project stock transfer after inspection and verification. To achieve the EHS objective by controlling unsafe acts and unsafe conditions and periodic reviews of HIRA. Controlling usage/shop disposal of hazardous waste like oil-soaked cotton, plastic, chemical cans. Achieving the target of Safety by enhancing 5S score and SPI- Safety Performance Index at Yard, shop floor & office. Ensure forklift operator and crane operator license. Facilitate Finance related audits to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards
