Job Description Vytal Controls Pvt Ltd is a dynamic and growing organization dedicated to design, manufacturing, supply & provide after sales service for control valves, safety valves, Desuperheater, PRS, PRDS and other industrial valves. Our complete product range is tailor made and serves different industries like Power Plant, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical, Sugar, Paper etc.. Our factory is based at Kubadthal Village, Ta: Dascroi, Ahmedabad and corporate office is on S. G. Highway, Near Rajpath Club, Ahmedabad. Location of this job is at factory We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven  Production & Quality Engineer to oversee and optimize the production process keeping required quality level in our valve manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for production, Quality Check, process improvement, and coordination across departments to ensure efficient production and timely delivery. This role involves both hands-on engineering work to streamline operations, increase productivity, and reduce waste. Responsibilities: Develop and implement production schedules based on demand forecasts, resource availability, and operational efficiency. Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes to ensure efficient utilization of resources, including labour, machinery, and materials. Analyse production capacity and make recommendations to meet production targets and customer demand while minimising costs. Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure raw materials and components are available for production needs and avoid stock outs or overstock. Ensure products meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations. Liaise with different departments (such as procurement, design, engineering, and sales) to ensure smooth coordination of production activities and to meet project deadlines. Maintain accurate records of production progress, material usage, downtime, and any production-related issues. Prepare regular reports for management on production performance. Analyse production costs and make recommendations for reducing waste, improving efficiency, and lowering overall production costs. Ensure all production activities adhere to company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field. Freshers are preferable. Strong understanding of production processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across teams. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
