The role involves translation, interpretation, project coordination, and reporting support using MS Excel to ensure smooth collaboration between India and Japan teams. Key Responsibilities Coordinate withJapan-based stakeholders and internal teamsfor project-related activities. Translate and interpretJapanese ↔ Englishcommunication during meetings, emails, and documentation. Support project management activities including status updates, documentation, and reporting. Maintain project trackers, reports, and data usingMS Excel . Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and presentations in Japanese and English. Ensure clear communication between cross-functional teams and Japanese clients. Assist in project planning, scheduling, and follow-ups. Travel toJapan for project coordination, meetings, or trainingwhen required. Required Skills & Qualifications JLPT N3 certification (mandatory); N2 preferred. 1+ years of experiencein Japanese language roles, project coordination, or translation/interpretation. Strong written and verbal communication skills inJapanese and English . Hands-on experience in MS Excel(data management, reporting, formulas, trackers). Good understanding ofJapanese work culture and business etiquette . Ability to work effectively in ahybrid work environment . Preferred Qualifications Experience working withJapanese clients or Japan-based teams . Exposure toIT, manufacturing, or global project environments . Passport ready forinternational travel .
