Job Title - Manager / Senior Manager – Forensic & Insolvency Advisory Location - Nariman Point, Mumbai (Work From Office) Experience - 6+ yearsof relevant post-qualification experience Service Line -Forensic & Integrity Services / Risk AdvisoryRole & Responsibilities Lead and executeforensic engagementsrelated toInsolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC)matters, including assignments beforeNCLT / NCLAT SupportResolution Professionals (RPs) ,Committee of Creditors (CoC) , lenders, and other stakeholders in insolvency, bankruptcy, and restructuring cases Conductforensic reviews, transaction analysis, fund-flow and cash-flow tracing , and identification of preferential, undervalued, fraudulent, and extortionate transactions under IBC Assist inlitigation support , preparation ofexpert reports , affidavits, and presentations for NCLT proceedings Work onstressed asset advisory ,restructuring ,turnaround , anddistressed M&Aengagements Performfinancial analysis, valuation support , and review of resolution plans Coordinate withlegal counsels, bankers, RPs, and internal teamsacross engagements Manage junior team members, review deliverables, and ensure quality and timeliness Support business development throughproposal drafting, pitch presentations , and client discussions Stay updated onIBC amendments, judicial precedents , and regulatory developmentsDesired Skill Set & Qualifications Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA (Finance) / equivalent professional qualification Strong hands-on experience inIBC, Insolvency, Bankruptcy, NCLT matters Prior experience with aBig 4 or leading consulting / advisory firmis strongly preferred Solid understanding ofcorporate restructuring, distressed M&A, forensic accounting , and financial investigations Strong analytical, documentation, and report-writing skills Ability to handle multiple engagements and work in afast-paced consulting environment Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsPreferred Experience Experience working directly withResolution Professionals (RPs)or lenders Exposure tocross-border insolvency , complex group structures, or large corporate insolvencies Experience infraud investigationslinked to insolvency proceedingsWhat We Offer Exposure tohigh-impact, complex insolvency and forensic matters Opportunity to work withsenior leadership, legal counsels, and financial institutions Strong learning curve and career growth within aBig-4–style consulting environment
