Graphic Designer Location: Ahmedabad (Full-Time, Work from Office) Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST Experience: 1–2 YearsMission As a Graphic Designer at MSBC, your mission will be to bring our brand stories to life through impactful and compelling visual design. You will support pre-sales, marketing, social media, content, and internal branding initiatives while ensuring consistency, creativity, and quality across all formats. We are looking for someone who can execute independently, manage multiple requests efficiently, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Skills & ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities Design engaging social media creatives across platforms Create impactful pitch decks and presentations Develop marketing collaterals (brochures, posters, flyers, print and digital creatives for website and communication channels) Support branding projects including logo design and identity systems Assist in creating brand kits and brand guidelines Design internal assets such as reports, templates, and event creatives Collaborate with marketing and design teams on client-facing deliverables Prepare print-ready production files when requiredRequired Skills 1–2 years of professional graphic design experience Strong proficiency in: Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Canva Figma CorelDRAW (for print and production work) Strong understanding of typography, layouts, visual hierarchy, and color theory Ability to handle multiple projects with strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skillsGood to Have Understanding of branding strategy Familiarity with AI-powered image generation tools Basic understanding of copywriting for marketing creativesBenefits Exposure to client-facing creative projects Opportunity to work across branding, marketing, and pre-sales functions Learning and growth in a fast-paced environment Collaborative and performance-driven cultureCulture At MSBC, we value creativity, accountability, ownership, and continuous learning.
