Key Responsibilities 1. Retail Strategy & Revenue Growth Develop and implement a comprehensive retail growth strategy across all centres. Drive revenue from Retail, Digital, and Classified segments. Identify new revenue streams and cross-selling opportunities. Monitor market trends, competition, and customer behavior to strengthen market positioning. 2. Digital & Classified Business Expansion Strengthen digital monetization strategies aligned with retail business. Develop structured frameworks for classified sales. Promote integratedprint and digital solutionsfor clients. Increase digital adoption and revenue contribution across centres. 3. Centre Performance Management Set clear targets and KPIs for each centre. Conduct periodic performance reviews and business audits. Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions. Standardize processes and best practices across centres. 4. Team Leadership & Capability Building Mentor and guide retail teams across locations. Build a performance-driven and accountability-focused culture. Conduct regular review meetings and strategic planning sessions. Support talent development and succession planning. 5. Stakeholder & Client Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail clients and partners. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on business objectives. Drive large-value deals and strategic partnerships. 6. Travel & Market Engagement Travel frequently to centres to ensure effective strategy execution. Conduct field visits for key client engagements and team support. Ensure local market insights are incorporated into overall strategy. Eligibility & Experience 12–15 years of experience inRetail business (Print/Radio/Media industry preferred). Strong exposure tointegrated print and digital sales. Proven experience managingmulti-location revenue operations. Experience in classified business will be an added advantage. Strong strategic thinking with proven execution capability.
