Role DescriptionOur medical college is seeking qualified candidates for the roles of Principal, Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor. In these full-time, on-site positions located in Bengaluru, responsibilities include delivering lectures, conducting practical sessions, mentoring students, contributing to curriculum development, and participating in academic research. Faculty members will also engage in administrative responsibilities, foster collaboration within their departments, and ensure compliance with medical education standards and regulatory requirements. QualificationsStrong expertise in medical or healthcare-related subjects, with relevant academic and professional qualifications.Proven teaching experience and ability to deliver engaging and effective lectures in the medical education field.Proficiency in curriculum development, student mentoring, and hands-on training.Commitment to academic research and scholarly publication in the medical field.Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.Familiarity with medical education accreditation standards and practices is preferred.Relevant academic qualifications: MD, MS, or equivalent degree as per the guidelines of the Medical Council of India (MCI).
