Job Title: Relationship Manager – Supply Chain FinanceExperience: 5–8 yearsLocation: Mumbai / Delhi / Jaipur / Ahmedabad / Indore / Lucknow / Pune / Chennai / Kolkata / Rajkot Role OverviewDrive growth of Vivriti Capital’s Supply Chain Finance (SCF) portfolio by acquiring new anchor relationships, deepening existing anchor ecosystems, and ensuring smooth onboarding, activation, utilization and portfolio quality across vendor, dealer, distributor and receivable financing programs.This role is central to Vivriti’s mission to deliver high-quality, technology-enabled working capital solutions to mid-market corporates and their ecosystems, while maintaining best-in-class credit governance and risk standards.Key Responsibilities1) Anchor Acquisition & Relationship ManagementIdentify, pitch and acquire anchor corporates suitable for Vivriti’s SCF programs (payables, receivables, dealer/channel finance).Build relationships with CFOs, Treasury teams, Procurement, Commercial and Finance Operations of anchor companies.Own end‑to‑end cycle: prospecting → requirements understanding → solution design → term sheet negotiation → documentation → go‑live.2) SCF Program Structuring & ImplementationStructure anchor-specific SCF programs involving: Vendor Financing (Payables)Dealer / Distributor Financing (Receivables)Anchor-backed Receivables ProgramsDrive alignment with Credit, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Technology and Finance.Ensure smooth onboarding workflows via Vivriti’s digital platform, including KYC, documentation, ERP/GSTN integration, invoice workflows, and escrows.3) Vendor/Dealer Onboarding & Ecosystem ActivationScale the vendor/dealer ecosystem through targeted campaigns, joint meets, and anchor-driven engagement by supervising the dealer/ vendor on-boarding RMs.Ensure high activation rates, appropriate ticket sizes and program utilization.Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.4) Portfolio Growth & Yield ManagementDeliver AUM growth, utilization, disbursements, fee income and yield targets.Identify opportunities for cross-sell into other Vivriti products (term loans, working capital).Monitor seasonality and business cycles to optimize throughput and pricing.5) Credit Quality, Governance & ComplianceMonitor DPD, payment behaviour, EWS, documentation hygiene and anchor payment discipline.Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, AML/KYC norms, internal credit policy and operational controls.Collaborate with Collections for early bucket recoveries, dispute resolution and anchor alignment.6) Internal Collaboration & Data InsightsWork closely with Product & Tech for improvements in SCF platform journeys and process automation.Maintain accurate MIS, dashboards and portfolio reporting for management reviews.Provide market intelligence and competition benchmarking to strengthen Vivriti’s SCF offerings.Key CompetenciesStrong understanding of Supply Chain Finance / Dealer & Vendor Financing structures.Proven experience in managing large & mid corporate (anchor) relationships.Ability to structure and scale programs across Tier 1/2/3 geographies.Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Sound understanding of credit, risk, and portfolio dynamics.Ideal Candidate Profile5–8 years of experience in SCF / Corporate Banking / NBFC SCF businesses.Prior experience handling anchor-led SCF programs is mandatory.Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth NBFC environment.Hands-on leader with strong ownership mindset.EducationMBA/PGDM (Finance/Marketing) or CA preferred.Additional certifications in Trade Finance/SCF are an advantage.
