Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Senior BIM Modeler (SCAN to BIM) based in Ahmedabad. The Senior BIM Modeler will process scan data into accurate BIM models, create and manage 3D models, and coordinate with teams across disciplines such as architecture, MEP, and construction. The role requires producing precise construction drawings while adhering to quality standards and project deadlines. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project goals are achieved is also a key responsibility.QualificationsStrong expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and SCAN to BIM processesProficiency in Architecture and Construction DrawingsExperience in creating and managing 3D models, with knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systemsAbility to coordinate across disciplines, analyze complex data, and ensure quality and accuracy in deliverablesProficiency in relevant BIM software and tools; knowledge of applicable industry standards and codesStrong communication, problem-solving, and collaborative skills
