Join us.  A day in the life: As a Commercialization Project Manager at Monster, you'll be the driving force behind leading and synchronizing our high-energy cross-functional teams to power through projects from start to finish. You'll take charge of project intake, defining the scope, crafting timelines, and executing with precision. Your role involves rallying the supply chain stakeholders and our internal technical operations crew to unleash innovation in product development and project execution. The impact you’ll make: Lead weekly cross-functional team meetings and ensure information is shared appropriately with leadership team. Identify actionable items and update project tools for internal New Product Development (NPD) stakeholders as well as commercial and supply chain stakeholders . Lead project scope with cross functional team to work through challenges such as plant and process or regulatory readiness. Develop timeline and workplan for all incoming NPD projects based on project statement of Work and scoping with Supply chain leadership. Prepare, lead, organize and host commercialization meetings with various NPD, supply chain, and commercial stakeholders. Host additional ad hoc meetings or implement meetings necessary for team work and decision making as art of escalation or focus tactics. Provide project updates for Stage Gate reporting to leadership, including critical path summary , risk assessments, options to facilitate decision making. Master high level focus on the “ big picture” with tactical execution of plan manage timelines by connecting all dots and understanding key cross-functional dependencies. Anticipate problems and create contingency plans. Uncover roadblocks & define critical paths. Identify resource constraints. Focus Supply Chain sponsored projects, change management , promotional projects. Act as the project owner responsible for communication to the local commercial and supply chain leadership as well as bottler. Responsible for navigating project, deliverables at each gate and leadership of teams through critical checkpoints, including analysis and prioritization of risks and opportunities. Who you are: Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business, Marketing or related field of study. Additional Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in commercialization or product development. Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in leadership skills to motivate, guide project teams. Computer Skills Desired: Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft PM or other project management system. Preference for SAP experience. Preferred Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate preferred.
