Responsibilities: Activate final content across social and digital ad platforms, ensuring all campaigns are built to approved specifications and deadlines Upload creative assets, apply targeting parameters, insert tracking links, and confirm compliance with brand and governance standards Maintain accuracy in budgets, placements, and naming conventions within each platform Collaborate with Project Managers and Digital Specialists through Workfront to confirm task completion Pull and organize platform performance data for reporting or audit purposes Flag delivery issues or discrepancies to channel leads for resolution Qualifications and Experience: The successful candidate will meet the following criteria: Minimum 1-3 years' experience in managing and coordinating digital marketing campaigns, along with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field Must have hands-on experience with Sprinklr (Hootsuite, Sprout Social), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager (TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, X Ads), Google/YouTube/Performance Max Ads (DV360) Experience with the following, targeting North American markets, will be a bonus: Reddit Ads Manager, Workfront (Asana, Jira), Spotify Ad Studio, Uber Ads, Waze Ads, and Digital Out of Home (DOOH) vendor platforms (Vistar, Pattison, Broadsign, etc.) Strong understanding of the essential digital marketing principles, and how they apply to Digital campaigns Experience with AI-powered marketing tools for campaign optimization, data analysis, and workflow automation will be an added advantage Proficiency in various testing and calibrating campaigns for optimal performance Ability to analyze data and identify patterns to draw actionable insights for campaign optimization Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated interest in online marketing, social media and mobile Adaptability/ability to multitask competencies Commitment to ongoing professional development, learning and growth
