The Occupational Therapist will evaluate and provide evidence-based therapy to children with developmental, physical, and sensory challenges. Responsibilities include developing individualized therapy plans, delivering rehabilitation services, collaborating with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams, and monitoring progress. The role also involves facilitating activities that promote skill improvement and participation in daily life.QualificationsProficiency in Occupational Therapy practice and knowledge of rehabilitation techniquesFamiliarity with medical principles relevant to occupational therapy and pediatricsStrong communication skills to collaborate effectively with children, families, and team membersExperience or interest in working with pediatric populationsRelevant certification and licensure as an Occupational TherapistA commitment to ongoing learning and adherence to professional ethics
