Designation - DGM/GM – Electrical Design Grade - Senior Level Location - Sitarganj Experience (Yr.): 15-25 YrsKey Deliverables of this role:  Complete Electrical Design Oversight  Oversee and approve all major design activities, including Core design and optimization, winding, insulation coordination, short circuit design, loss calculations, short circuit design, Impedance and voltage regulation calculations etc.  Provide strategic Technical Leadership  Cross-Functional & Business Collaboration, provide technical input during bidding and pre-contract discussions.  Team Leadership and organizational development.  Innovation and product development of EHV transformers up to 765KVMust have’ functional competencies:  Advanced knowledge of transformer electromagnetic design.  Deep expertise in insulation systems for EHV class.  Short circuit force analysis and mechanical withstand coordination.  Familiarity with international standards (IEC, IEEE).  Strong understanding of factory testing and field performance requirements.  Knowledge of transformer design software and simulation tools.Critical personality attributes:  Strategic thinking and decision-making ability  Strong technical authority and credibility  Change management capability  Excellent stakeholder and customer communication skills  Ability to drive performance under tight commercial timelinesPossible growth avenues for a successful incumbent: Technical Associates Transformers Ltd. fosters a dynamic growth-oriented work culture & a well-defined organizational structure.
