This role combines structured data entry with professional document production to support digital delivery and documentation requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering project and asset information into our systems while maintaining and producing high-quality documentation using Adobe Creative Suite. This role plays a key part in ensuring the consistency, quality and usability of information across the business. While prior experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is not required, the successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to quickly learn new systems and confidently navigate digital platforms. The position requires a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, along with the ability to work autonomously and manage workload independently. Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines are essential. The candidate must be comfortable following structured processes while consistently delivering high-quality outcomes. Clear verbal and written communication skills in English, including the ability to produce well-structured documentation, are also required. Key Roles and Responsibilities Data Entry & System Management Accurately enter project, asset and operational data into Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and associated systems Maintain high standards of data quality, consistency and completeness Review and validate data prior to submission to ensure accuracy Follow established processes and standards for structured data entry Work efficiently across multiple projects, managing priorities and deadlines Documentation & Graphic Production Edit, format and produce documentation using Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator Export documentation to PDF and other required formats for distribution Maintain consistency with branding and documentation standards Create new documentation layouts and templates based on supplied content Ensure all documents are clear, professional and fit for client and operational use Continuous Improvement & Learning Learn and adopt new systems and workflows, including Autodesk Construction Cloud Utilise available training materials and online resources to develop capability Identify opportunities to improve documentation quality and data processes Contribute to maintaining a consistent, scalable approach to information management Qualification and Experience Required BE/BTech in Civil or Mechanical Construction Engineering, or ME/MTech Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator (essential) Experience with Adobe Photoshop (advantageous) Experience working within structured document management systems and maintaining documentation in accordance with established organisational standards and governance frameworks is strongly preferred Strong general computer literacy and ability to learn new software platforms quickly Experience with data entry or administrative systems is desirable Key Outcomes of the Role Accurate, consistent and reliable data entered into business systems Professionally produced documentation aligned with project standards Efficient turnaround of documentation deliverables Ability to independently learn and adopt new systems and workflows Contribution to improving the quality and usability of information across the business Additional Information Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud is not required; training will be provided This role is suited to candidates who enjoy both structured data work and creative document production
