DocOnline collaborates with over 150 corporates to provide Employee Health and Wellness programs, customer-focused benefits, and impactful community CSR initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesWalk-ins (9:30 AM – 4:00 PM | ~70%) • Sit at the assigned partner branch location • Engage with walk-in customers and pitch DocOnline products • Explain product benefits, pricing, and usage clearly • Build rapport with branch staff to support lead generation • Capture customer details and interest accurately Telephonic Follow-ups (Post 4:00 PM | ~30%) • Call and follow up with prospective customers met during the day • Address customer queries and objections • Close sales or move prospects to the next stage • Maintain basic follow-up records as requiredCandidate Profile / Requirements• Immediate Joiner preferred • Presentable personality (role involves face-to-face and telephonic customer interaction) • Good communication skills (verbal clarity is critical) • Strong command of regional language of the assigned location • Comfortable with sales and customer interaction • Basic smartphone usage for calls and follow-upsSalary - 18,000 plus incentives Experience - 6 months to 1yr with any kind of sales experience
