We have an exciting opportunity for you in Hosur!Position: HR (Assistant Manager) –Exclusively looking for diversity Candidates Location: Hosur Experience: 2 – 6 YearsSkills Needed: **Statutory Compliance – Need to have experience with Documents handling **Employee Relations **IR, PF, ESI, etc., **Employee EngagementsJD: 1. Develop and maintain comprehensive employee profiles for all staff. 2. Act as the HR Business Partner for shop floor employees, addressing their needs and concerns. 3. Oversee the entire employee life cycle process for Ward and BTP staff. 4. Participate in Domiciliary Enquiries as a key representative. 5. Monitor and track long absenteeism, initiating appropriate disciplinary proceedings. 6. Plan and facilitate organizational events, including Ayudha Pooja, sports and other occasional activities. 7. Manage all employee relations activities, focusing on disciplinary actions and wage consolidations. 8. Compile and analyze medical histories to support management decision-making. 9. Coordinate communication between section heads and medical officers regarding medical exemption cases. 10. Conduct periodic reviews of ward employees following external training programs. 11. Administer psychometric assessments for ward employees to aid in professional development. 12. Ensure compliance with company policies in all HR processes. 13. Provide guidance and support to management on employee engagement initiatives. 14. Implement effective tracking systems for absenteeism and disciplinary issues. 15. Facilitate training and development programs based on employee needs and feedback. 16. Collaborate with management to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction. 17. Document and report on the outcomes of employee relations activities. 18. Assist in developing strategies for talent retention and career progression. 19. Ensure all events and activities align with organizational values and goals. 20. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee records and sensitive information.
