**Looking for immediate joiners in Chennai location**Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-orientedExecutive Coordinatorto support our senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a high level of discretion, and the ability to manage complex tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities: Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to CEO’s Chief of Staff including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, meeting coordination, and communication handling. Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between Chief of Staff and internal teams, ensuring timely and effective communication. Meeting & Communication Management: Prepare agendas, minutes, presentations, and follow-ups for meetings and business reviews. Project Coordination: Assist in planning and execution of strategic projects, developing and analysing metrics, tracking key deliverables and deadlines. Confidentiality: Manage sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism. Documentation & MIS: Maintain accurate records, reports, and dashboards related to leadership activities and initiatives.Required Skills & Qualifications: or MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college/university 5–7 years of relevant experience supporting CXOs or senior executives. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability. Ability to work independently and handle pressure with grace.
