Huge is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in Bangalore. In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading the successful, on-time delivery digital projects that involve our technology and creative production in partnership with teams and clients across the globe. As the primary point of contact for both the project team and key stakeholders, you will ensure seamless execution and clear communication. You will be a master of collaboration, adept at working with partners across multiple time zones. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in digital project management, with a strong track record of handling progressively complex responsibilities and excellent communication skills. What youll be doing: Project Ownership: Lead the planning, management, and delivery of digital projects in partnership with an existing team and/or client. Collect, synthesize and elevate key program metrics, collect ongoing learnings, and contribute to program evolution and learning. Delivery Planning: Understand project scope, deliverables, and resource requirements. Develop and manage detailed project plans that ensure our teams produce high-quality and on brief deliverables. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for the team to client and internal partners; building strong, trust-based relationships and managing expectations effectively. Negotiate conflicts and evolving needs across demanding stakeholder sets. Proactively communicate project status, KPIs, and surface relevant information. Communication Hub: Ensure transparent and consistent communication of project status, risks, and milestones to all internal and external stakeholders. Risk & Change Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and scope changes. Ensure all deliverable requirements are met with the highest quality standards. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with partners across program, technology, strategy, data, and design to guide projects to successful completion. Technical Project Expertise: Proven experience managing the full lifecycle of interactive development projects, including web platforms, and digital products. Deep experience with high-fidelity marketing website experience across front-end, back-end, CMS, and service frameworks. Financial Acumen: Experience managing project budget, scope, team assignments, and resource utilization (burn rate). Client-Facing Experience: Exceptional ability to manage client expectations, ensure the highest quality of service, and act on client feedback with professionalism. Problem-Solving Mindset: Diligent in foreseeing potential challenges and proactively identifying solutions to keep projects on track.
