In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and placing top-tier talent across the Oil & Gas, Power Generation, and Data Centre sectors. This is a high-impact, commission-based opportunity for a recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced, technical environment and possesses a deep network within the engineering and construction space.Key Responsibilities: Execute full-cycle recruitment processes for specialized roles including Engineering, Construction, Commissioning, and Maintenance. Source, headhunt, and screen high-caliber candidates for complex projects within the Power, Data Centre, and Oil & Gas industries. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of technical professionals, ensuring a high standard of candidate quality and engagement. Manage candidate relationships from initial outreach through to successful placement and onboarding. Collaborate with the Navsar Global team to understand specific client requirements and project timelines. Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and industry-specific networks to identify passive talent.Qualifications: Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, specifically within the Oil & Gas, Power Generation, or Data Centre sectors. Strong understanding of technical disciplines such as Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil Engineering, as well as Site Management and Commissioning. Demonstrated track record of successful placements in high-stakes, technical environments. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage with senior-level professionals. Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently on a freelance basis.
