The candidate will be responsible for managing studio operations, handling camera equipment, and ensuring professional lighting and composition. The role requires close collaboration with the creative team to produce engaging and high-quality video content.Key ResponsibilitiesCamera Operation: Operate cameras to capture high-quality video for live classes and recorded sessions.Lighting & Composition: Set up and adjust lighting to achieve the required visual quality and atmosphere.Studio Management: Manage and maintain the studio environment for smooth live class production.Equipment Management: Handle, maintain, and troubleshoot cameras, lighting, and other production equipment.Video Production: Assist in recording, editing coordination, and delivering high-quality video content.Creative Collaboration: Work with the creative and content teams to understand requirements and execute video concepts and storyboards.Technical Support: Ensure all equipment is properly set up before recordings or live sessions.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree or diploma in Media, Film Production, or related field (preferred).Basic to intermediate knowledge of camera handling, lighting, and framing.Familiarity with studio setup and video production workflows.Strong attention to detail and visual storytelling skills.Ability to work collaboratively with creative teams.Preferred SkillsExperience in studio shooting or live class production.Knowledge of basic video editing tools is an added advantage.
