The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, animation, storytelling, and modern visual aesthetics, along with working knowledge of 3D animation to enhance motion projects.You should be someone who can take a concept and transform it into visually striking motion content while maintaining high creative and technical standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the motion design process from concept to final deliveryCreate high-quality motion graphics for advertisements, brand films, explainer videos, and digital campaignsDesign and animate titles, typography motion, transitions, and visual compositionsDevelop style frames, animation systems, and visual language for projectsIntegrate 2D and 3D motion elements to elevate the visual outputCollaborate with creative directors, editors, designers, and production teamsMaintain high design standards, visual consistency, and animation qualityOptimize motion graphics for multiple platforms and formatsRequirements5+ years of professional experience in motion graphics or animationExpert-level proficiency in Adobe After EffectsStrong working knowledge of Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and IllustratorSolid understanding of animation principles, timing, composition, and visual storytellingAbility to create original motion graphics without relying on templatesExperience handling complex motion compositions and multi-layered animationsStrong AdvantageWorking knowledge of 3D animation tools such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or similarExperience with VFX, compositing, and advanced motion techniquesExperience working on advertising campaigns, brand films, or large-scale digital contentAbility to blend 2D motion graphics with 3D elements effectively
