We need someone who can:manage and grow social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)plan campaign strategies and create contentprofessionally shoot reel videos in-houseappear comfortably on cameraimprove engagement and brand awarenessrun campaignscreate content that supports sales/conversionsWe are looking for someone with a premium, international content sense. We prefer candidates with good camera skills and familiarity with Korean culture, aesthetics, and the beauty/personal care industry.Key Responsibilities:Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other social platformsPlan content calendar (reels, posts, stories, shorts)Shoot and create reel videos professionally in-house (important)Appear on camera / speak in brand videos when requiredCreate content for engagement, awareness, and campaign goalsRun social media campaigns and promotional contentTrack trends and create relevant content quicklyWrite captions / basic scripts / hooks / CTA-based contentReply to comments/DMs and improve community engagementWork with internal team on launches, offers, and promotionsTrack performance (reach, engagement, views, campaign results)Required Skills:Experience in social media management + content creationStrong experience in shooting reels/videos professionallyComfortable with camera framing, lighting, and basic productionComfortable appearing on cameraGood understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube formatsBasic video editing skills.Good communication skills (English required, Hindi and Kannada preferred)Must be available to work on-site in BangaloreStartup mindset (ownership, speed, execution)Preferred (Good to Have):Experience with D2C / e-commerce / lifestyle brandsExperience in beauty / skincare / personal care contentFamiliarity with Korean culture / visual aesthetics / content styleExperience running engagement or conversion-focused campaignsExperience with influencer collaborations / UGC & paid coordinationHow to Apply?Email at  (only email applications will be considered.)Share ResumeLinks to social media pages handlesReels/videos shot by you (important)On-camera speaking videos (important)Current location and notice period
