The candidate will be responsible for assisting senior engineers in designing, developing and testing hardware and connectors for transmission lines and substations. Key responsibilities include conducting research, analyzing technical data, quality control, and assisting in the development of innovative products. This role provides hands-on learning opportunities and requires collaboration with engineering, production and quality control teams to meet project goals and maintain technical standards.Number of vacancies 15 - Production, Planning, Purchase, Design, NPD, Order Management, Tendering and Quality.QualificationsBasic understanding of electrical and mechanical engineering concepts related to transmission lines, substations and hardware connectorsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical data and specificationsProficiency in Solid works software and technical drafting is preferredKnowledge of quality control protocols and industry standards for manufacturing hardware and connectorsEffective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teamsAbility to work on-site in Bangalore Rural and adapt to a dynamic work environmentBachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related fieldInternship or prior experience in a relevant industrial or manufacturing environment is advantageous
