This includes ensuring stellar people onboarding / integration, continuously building employee experience for the business units one is partnering with. Build and continuously improve people programs like performance reviews, promotions, career development programs.ResponsibilitiesSupport and drive the employee experience charter at StockGroPartner with the HR team to design and implement people programsOwn end-to-end hiring for non-tech rolesEnsure a smooth and high-quality onboarding experience for new hiresDrive people engagement initiatives at both org and team levelsPartner with business leaders to identify training needs and capability-building initiativesCollaborate with the HR team on ongoing people and culture initiativesWho We are Looking ForHigh EQ, cultural awareness, and empathy2-3 years of exeperience in the relevant fieldStrong influencing and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work proactively in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environmentSomeone comfortable owning problems end-to-end rather than just executing tasksBrownie Points: Experience hiring in the capital markets / fintech space.
