Role: Executive - Operations (Business Analysis)Location GurugramPermanent TUV SUD (Third Party Payroll - GI-Off roll)The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas. Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment. CORE RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for coordination and gathering in of key strategies in line with IS division and region Y-o-Y plan and 2026 strategySupport monthly business review calls by preparing key data report and help in reviewing and follow up of actions points as agreed in business meeting.Responsible for large investment EVA and business plan first level of review and preparation of note for further decision.Responsible for working and finalization of large project costing (review of rationale, costing, handling region, division and corporate) for Industry Service.Support in upgradation of service portfolio including support in competency enhancement of team; also support in development new service (in coordination with various division, external expert and corporate)Support in preparation of presentation for various management meetings by analysis, streamlining and accumulating suitable data and information from all the BU within industry serviceFurthermore, this position requires experience in the industry-specific field of process, energy, customer interface and a deep understanding of the market and policiesEDUCATIONEducation: minimum Graduate degree (BE/ME) in mechanical, production, chemical engineering or equivalent or graduate in science/economics with MBA financeExperience: at least 2 years’ experience in relevant yearsLanguages: English (professional)Experience in production, TIC or consulting at strategy/operation management levelOther Competencies (e.g., management skills, planning, project management Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement, and strong leadership spiritGood computer skill, esp. software tools; SAP etc.
