% Remote- IndiaJob Title - Integration & Automation Engineer Role Summary Responsible for building and validating integrations between monitoring platforms, alerting systems, and enterprise tools to ensure seamless event flow during and after the PagerDuty to Client On-Call migration. Key Responsibilities Audit existing PagerDuty integrations, webhooks, and alert pipelines Rebuild and configure integrations in Client On-Call Develop automation scripts and API workflows to support integration configuration at scale Build and maintain REST API connections, webhook payloads, and alert transformation logic Collaborate with infrastructure, monitoring, and DevOps teams to align integration requirements Troubleshoot integration failures and resolve alert routing issues Document integration architecture, payload mappings, and configuration standards Support integration testing and validation during migration waves Identify opportunities to automate repetitive platform configuration tasks Required Skills –+ years experience with API integrations, webhooks, and automation development Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON payloads, and scripting Experience integrating monitoring platforms with incident management tools Familiarity with Client ecosystem tools preferred Experience supporting enterprise alerting or event management systems Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills E-Verify: United States Employment Opportunities Only E-Verify is an internet-based system operated by the Department of Homeland Security and the Social Security Administration and allows employers to confirm an individual’s employment eligibility to work in the United States.
