Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end infrastructure projects related toM&A integration Manageapplication migration and data migrationinitiatives Overseecloud infrastructure transformation(AWS/Azure environments) Coordinate with cross-functional and global stakeholders Ensure timely project delivery, risk mitigation, and compliance Manage project timelines, budgeting, and reportingRequired Skills & Qualifications: 10–15 years of overall IT experience Strong experience inMerger & Acquisition projects Hands-on experience inApplication & Data Migration Experience managingCloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure) PMP Certification (Mandatory) Cloud Certification ( AWS and/or Azure preferred ) Experience working with US stakeholders (EST time zone exposure preferred) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
