You’ll be the bridge between creative concepts and practical execution, ensuring our designs are not only beautiful but also technically accurate and cost-effective. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the technical side of design—balancing 3D modeling with spreadsheets and on-site quality checks.Key Responsibilities Design Development:Create detailed2D technical drawings(floor plans, elevations) and3D visualizationsto help clients see the final vision. Cost Estimation & BOQs:Prepare accurateBill of Quantities (BOQ) . You will list all materials and services required for a project to ensure clear pricing. Cost Checking:Review vendor quotes and material costs against the budget to ensure the project stays financially on track. Quality Control (QC) Support:Assist in site visits and inspections to ensure the work being done matches the design specifications and meets our quality standards. Team Collaboration:Support senior designers in refining layouts and sourcing the right materials for each project.Location - 10 Kms from New BEL Road, BangaloreQualifications and Experience 2-4 years of relevant experience in residential interiors BSc / Diploma in Interiors or equivalent degree Immediate joiners preferred
