Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role located in Gurgaon. The Accountant will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, budgeting, and maintaining financial records. Additional tasks include preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and assessing financial risks. The role also involves providing financial insights to support business decision-making processes. Qualifications Strong skills in financial management, budgeting, and accounting practicesProficiency in using accounting software and tools, as well as advanced knowledge of Microsoft ExcelFamiliarity with taxation laws and compliance requirementsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skillsExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in an on-site team environmentBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a professional accounting certification (e.g., CA, CPA) is an advantagePrior experience in the transportation or rental services industry is a plus
